What will change?
The Arbitration Act states that the arbitration fee must be reasonable, taking into account the nature of the arbitration, the amount of work done, the economically expedient manner in which the arbitration is carried out and other factors. Traditionally, the real estate brokerage fee has been linked to a percentage of the price of the property to be sold or to a fixed standard fee.
KotiSome LKV is now launching a fee model that takes into account the specific characteristics of the site and varies according to different indicators. Our model takes into account the amount of work required from the agent to make the sale a success.
KotiSome Lappi LKV's customer benefits from a lower commission when the commission is based more on the actual amount of work, not just on a rigid percentage for all types of properties or a fixed standard price.
