Purpose of processing personal data
The individuals registered in the register are existing customers, potential customers or past customers. Personal data is used for the following purposes:

The following information can be stored in the register, depending on the purpose:

Regular data sources
Information is collected when people become customers of KotiSome (are interested in properties or are looking for certain types of properties), enter into a sales contract, fill out a contact form on the website or contact us by email. Information is also collected in connection with raffles and surveys. For remarketing purposes, information is collected when people visit the website (cookies). Information is also collected from external sources, such as websites, social media, public registers and directory services.
Regular data transfers
KotiSomeOy discloses personal data about completed transactions to the property manager and the tax authority. In addition, information about completed transactions (price and address) is sent to the Finnish Real Estate Association for database maintenance.

KotiSomeOy may use the information in the customer register for direct marketing, distance selling and remarketing. The registered person has the right to prohibit the controller from processing information concerning him or her.
